This policy explains how Handivo, an OIQS service, handles information when you request a service or use a Handivo account.

Information we collect

We collect the contact, address, vehicle, property, scheduling and service details you provide. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information and email address; we do not receive your Google password.

How we use information

We use your information to review and fulfill service requests, contact you, maintain saved addresses and vehicles, provide booking history, protect the service and improve Handivo.

Sharing and retention

We only share information with service providers that help us operate Handivo, or when required by law. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information by contacting us. You may also sign out at any time and revoke Handivo access from your Google account settings.

Security and updates

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy and will post the effective date on this page.
